Why do we collect information from you?
When you conduct a transaction, such as booking a service or downloading something from us, we collect personal and non-personal information such as your contact information and your location in order to provide that service effectively.
Do we collect information from minors?
We work directly with students of all ages but often work directly with high school juniors and seniors. We take this duty of care seriously. This means that we collect information about clients under the age of 18 with the permission of their legal guardians and never sell their information or use their information for targeted advertising. Icarus Endeavour operates under the updated Colorado Privacy Act and will only store and utilize personal data collected to deliver services and for the length of those services.
What kind of information do you collect?
We collect personal and non-personal data. We are protected by the Wix Privacy Policy- specifically the "users of users" Section 6.
We only collect and store your data in order to provide services to you and never sell your data to third party sites.
What if I want to update, change, or delete my data?
